Ingredients

  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 large egg
  • Canola, vegetable, or other neutral oil
  • 5 kumquats
  • 9 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ¼ ounces bittersweet chocolate
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon orange liqueur, such as Grand Marnier
    • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
    • 36 5-inch square spring roll wrappers
