Chocolate Macadamia Cheesecake Bars


  • ½ cup(s) firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 ¼ cup(s) finely chopped salted macadamia nuts, divided
  • ½ cup(s) butter, melted
  • 2 each(s) pkgs cream cheese, softened (8 ounce each)
  • ¾ cup(s) sugar
  • 3 eggs (large)
  • ¾ cup(s) sour cream
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ½ cup(s) semisweet chocolate morsels
    • 1 ¾ cup(s) vanilla wafer crumbs

Preheat oven to 300. Line a 13x9 baking pan with heavy-duty aluminum foil, letting edges of foil extend over sides of pan. In small bowl, combine wafer crumbs, 3/4 cup nuts, brown sugar and butter.
