Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

• 10 tablespoons butter, softened
• ¾ cup packed brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 egg, lightly beaten
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• ¾ teaspoon baking powder
• ¹/₈ teaspoon baking soda
• + 7 more ingredients

  • 1-½ cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
  • ¾ cup coarsely chopped pecans
  • CARAMEL GLAZE:
  • 12 caramel candies
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream

1. In a bowl, cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Add egg. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts. 2.
