Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake II

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 2 cups all-purpose flour

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 11x7 inch pan. 2. Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, and soda. Add mayonnaise, cold water, and vanilla. Beat 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pan. 3. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), 30-35 minutes. Frost if desired.
