Chocolate Merlot Cake

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• confectioners' sugar
• 1 ¼ cups well-rounded red wine
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 ¾ cups sugar
• ¾ cup butter
• 1 ¼ teaspoons baking soda
