Chocolate Mousse 16


  • 14 ounce(s) baking chocolate or chocolate chips
  • ½ cup(s) Margarine
  • 12 eggs, separated
  • 2/3 tablespoon(s) chocolate liqueur or rum
  • ½ cup(s) sugar
  • Chocolate shavings, optional

Melt chocolate and margarine together over low heat. Beat egg yolks and add to chocolate mixture. Add liqueur. Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold in chocolate mixture.
