  • 11 ounce(s) bittersweet good quality chocolate
  • 8 eggs, separated
  • ¾ cup(s) sugar, divided
  • 2 tablespoon(s) liqueur (optional)
  • ½ cup(s) light olive oil

Melt the chocolate, then set aside to cool. Beat egg whites with 1/2 cup sugar, until stiff. Set aside. Beat egg yolks with remaining 1/4 cup sugar, until very light.
