Chocolate Orange Dobostorte
Ingredients
- 1 cup cake flour (not self-rising)
- 6 large eggs
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup hazelnuts
- ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup water

- 1 1/3 cups sweet orange marmalade
- 1 pinch cream of tartar
- ¾ cup sugar
