    • 7 ½ ounces bittersweet chocolate
    • 5 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
    • 2 ½ cups whole milk
    • ½ cup sugar

    • 1 ¼ teaspoons vanilla extract

    • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
