  • 8 oz. chocolate wafers, finely crushed (2 cups of crumbs)
  • 5 Tbs. unsalted butter
  • 4 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 3 8-oz. packages cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 Tbs. light corn syrup
  • 1-¼ cups granulated sugar
  • 3 Tbs. granulated sugar
  • + 7 more ingredients
    • 2 Tbs. all-purpose flour
    • ¾ cups sour cream
    • 7 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted
    • Table salt
    • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
    • 1 Tbs. pure vanilla extract
    • 3 oz. chopped semisweet or bittersweet chocolate
