  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ¾ cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder (not Dutch-process)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
