Chocolate Peppermint Stick Ice Cream
Ingredients
- ¼ cup Dutch-process cocoa
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 5 large egg yolks
- 4 oz. bittersweet chocolate (at least 60% cacao), chopped and melted
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- Table salt
