Ingredients

  • Chopped pistachios
  • 6 large eggs
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 12 ounces bittersweet (not unsweetened) or semisweet chocolate
  • 12 ounces shelled unsalted natural pistachios
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 2 large egg whites
    • 2 tablespoons golden brown sugar
    • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
    • 15 ounces bittersweet (not unsweetened) or semisweet chocolate
    • 2 tablespoons sugar
