Chocolate Snack Cake

Ingredients

• 1 cup boiling water
• ¼ cup butter or margarine
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 tablespoons baking cocoa
