Chocolate Snack Cake Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons vinegar
• ½ cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup water
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• ¹/₃ cup baking cocoa
• + 2 more ingredients
• • 1 cup sugar
  • 1-½ cups all-purpose flour

1. In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients. In another bowl, combine water, oil, vinegar and vanilla; add to dry ingredients and mix just until blended.
