- 2 ounce(s) semi-sweet chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
- ½ teaspoon(s) + 1 T unbleached flour
- 4 egg whites, at room temperature

Preheat oven to 350°. Coat an 8 inch springform pan with cooking spray. Dust with 1/2 tsp. of the flour.
