Chocolate Soufflé Cookies
- 6 oz. bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, chopped
- ¾ cup finely chopped walnuts
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
- 2 large egg whites, at room temperature
- ½ tsp. pure vanilla extract
