Chocolate-Strawberry Ganache

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 pound bittersweet (not unsweetened) or semisweet chocolate
  • ¾ cup strawberry jam

Combine cream and jam in heavy large saucepan. Whisk over medium-high heat until jam melts and mixture comes to boil.
