Chocolate Truffle Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • ¼ cup (1/8 lb.) butter, melted
  • 9 ounces chocolate wafer cookies
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 8-ounce packages cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 6 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
    • ½ cup whipping cream

1. In a food processor, whirl cookies into crumbs; you should have 2 cups. Pour into a 9-inch cheesecake pan with removable rim; add butter and mix.
