Chocolate Truffle Loaf with Raspberry Sauce

Ingredients

• ¼ cup powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• ½ cup light corn syrup
• ½ cup butter
• 2 cups heavy whipping cream, divided
• 3 large egg yolks
• ¹/₃ cup light corn syrup
