  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream, divided
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages semisweet chocolate squares, coarsely chopped
  • 1/3 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 (12-ounce) package frozen raspberries, partially thawed
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup light corn syrup
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • ¼ cup powdered sugar
