Chocolate Truffles with Chile Salt


  • 8 oz Semi Sweet Chocolate
  • ½ c heavy cream
  • 2 T butter
  • 1 t vanilla extract
  • 4 oz Semi Sweet Chocolate
  • Aleppo Chile Salt for sprinkling
