Chocolate Turnovers


  • 2 ¼ ounces semisweet chocolate, cut into 9 pieces
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 (9 ½-inch-square) puff pastry, thawed according to package directions
