CHOCOLATE/VANILLA ICE CREAM DESSERT

Ingredients

  • 80 Ritz crackers crushed
  • 2 package(s) instant chocolate or vanilla pudding
  • 8 ounce(s) Cool Whip
  • 1 quart(s) vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 2 ½ cup(s) cold milk
  • ½ cup(s) butter, melted

Crush Ritz crackers. Mix 3/4 of the crumbs with melted butter. Spread in 9x13 inch pan. Mix pudding with the milk. Add softened ice cream. Pour over the crumbs. Spread Cool Whip over mixture. Sprinkle remaining crackers over top. Put in freezer. Take from freezer to thaw slightly before serving.
