Ingredients

  • 6 egg whites
  • 4 cups whipping cream (1 quart)
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee powder
  • ¼ cup Creme de Cacao
  • ¼ cup rum
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 1 cup sifted powdered sugar
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 6 ounces butter, cut into pieces (1 ½ sticks)
    • 2 lbs sweet dark chocolate squares, cut into pieces
