Ingredients

  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
  • ¾ cup dry white wine
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • ½ cup diced smoked ham (about 3 ounces)
  • + 8 more ingredients
    • 4 cups hot cooked farfalle pasta (about 3 cups uncooked bow tie pasta) or penne or fusilli
    • ½ cup chopped red bell pepper
    • 1 cup sliced button mushrooms
    • 1 ½ teaspoons olive oil
    • 1 (3 1/2-ounce) package shiitake mushrooms, sliced
    • 1 cup chopped onion
    • ¾ cup 2% reduced-fat milk
    • ½ cup frozen green peas, thawed

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; cook 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in mushrooms; cook 5 minutes. Stir in wine and ham.
