Chopped Niçoise Salad

Ingredients

• ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 1 garlic clove, peeled
• 1 ½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 2 Citrus Tuna steaks, broken into 1-inch chunks
• Salad:

  • 1 cup (1-inch) cut green beans
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pitted kalamata olives
  • Dressing:
  • 1 cup Thyme Potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fat-free cottage cheese or sour cream
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste

To prepare dressing, combine first 10 ingredients in a blender or food processor; process until smooth.To prepare salad, cook beans in boiling water 1 minute or until crisp-tender.
