- 1 tomato (large)
- 2 spoons of lemon juice (or to taste)
- 1 pinch(s) salt
- 2 clusters of mint (leaves only)
- 10 radishes (large)
- 1 white or yellow onion (chopped) (medium)
Chop together the tomato, onion, and mint, making sure the tomato is minced in small pieces. In a medium saucepan, mix the chopped radishes, and tomato mixture. Add salt and pour in lemon juice.
