Ingredients

• Salt to taste
• ½ tsp of hing/asafoetida/perungaayam
• 2-3 dry red chillies
• 1 tbsp of skinned urad dal
• 2 tbsp of toor dal
• 1 small bunch of coriander leaves (cilantro)
• 1 green chilly
