Ingredients

  • 1 cup(s) chopped peppers
  • 1 cup(s) sliced onion
  • 1 cup(s) vinegar
  • ½ cup(s) water
  • 1 cup(s) sliced cucumbers
  • ½ cup(s) salt inch 2 quarts water
  • 1 cup(s) chopped cabbage
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 cup(s) chopped green tomatoes
    • 1 cup(s) Sugar
    • 1 tablespoon(s) turmeric

Set cucumbers, peppers, cabbage, onions and tomatoes in a salt water solution (1/2 C. salt and 2 qts. water) overnight. Drain in the morning. Mix soaked vegetables with remaining ingredients and boil 10 min. Seal in jars.
