Ingredients

  • ground cinnamon
  • 1 2-inch piece cinnamon stick
  • 1 quart whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 ½ cups short-grain white rice such as Arborio
    • sugar (preferably turbinado)
