Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon(s) fresh cilantro or flat leaf parsley, minced
  • ¼ cup(s) salsa of choice
  • 2 ripe, large avocados, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon(s) fresh lemon juice or lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon(s) garlic salt - or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) kosher salt or season to taste
  • 3 tablespoon(s) green onions, finely diced

In a mixing bowl, combine chopped avocado and lemon juice. Toss to coat avocado completely with juice. Add remaining ingredients and season to taste. The finished amount of Guacamole made will depend upon the size of avocados. It is best to use large avocados to achieve the desired quantity. ...
