Ingredients

• 2 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted
• 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
• ¹/₈ teaspoon salt
• 10 ½ tablespoons unsalted butter, melted, plus 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 6 large egg whites, lightly beaten
• 1 tablespoon heavy cream
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
