Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 large bay leaves
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
