Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ cup apple juice or water
  • 1 pkg (18 oz each) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • Reddi-wip Original Whipped Light Cream
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large tart apples, such as Granny Smith, peeled, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Bring apple juice to a boil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add apples; stir. Reduce heat to low; cover.
