Cinnamon, banana and blueberry muffins


  • 50g/2oz caster sugar
  • 185ml/6fl oz milk
  • 1 large free-range egg
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 150g/5oz blueberries
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • pinch of salt
    • 1 tsp ground cinnamon, plus ½ tsp extra for the topping
    • 2 tsp baking powder
    • 250g/9oz plain flour
