Cinnamon bun-cake


  • demerara or natural sugar crystals

  • 75g butter, softened

    • 300g refined spelt (or plain) flour
    • 225ml whole milk
    • ½ tsp fine sea salt
    • 1 tsp ground cardamom
    • 70g caster sugar
    • 125g wholemeal spelt (or wheat) flour
