Ingredients

  • ½ cup currants
  • 1-½ oz. (½ cup) oatmeal (not quick cooking)
  • 2 oz. (4 Tbs.) unsalted butter
  • Pinch salt
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1-1/8 oz. (¼ cup) all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup packed light brown sugar
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ½ tsp. pure vanilla extract
    • 2 Tbs. whipping cream
