Ingredients

• 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 3 ¼ cups vegetable oil, divided
• 1 large egg
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
