Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup canned solid-pack pumpkin
  • Reddi-wip Original Whipped Light Cream, optional
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
  • 2 pkgs (8 oz each) Neufchatel cheese, softened
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 1/3 cup Blue Bonnet-stick, melted
    • 4 eggs
    • ½ cup reduced fat sour cream
    • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 3 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
