Ingredients

  • ½ cup egg substitute
  • ¾ cup raisins

    • 1 ¼ teaspoons ground cinnamon, divided
    • ¾ cup fat-free milk
    • 2 tablespoons butter, melted, cooled, and divided
    • 4 ¼ cups all-purpose flour, divided (about 19 ounces)
