Ingredients

  • 2 3-inch cinnamon sticks
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 6 large egg yolks
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 instant-read thermometer
  • 1 ice cream maker
