Cinnamon Zucchini Bread with Tofu

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 cup grated zucchini
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 3 cup all-purpose flour

    • ¼ cup vegetable oil
    • 1 (12.3-ounce) package silken firm tofu
