Cioppino-Style Roasted Crab
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 2 15-ounce cans chopped tomatoes in juice
- 2 cups bottled clam juice
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 6 large garlic cloves
- 1 medium onion
- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil

- ½ teaspoon (scant) dried crushed red pepper
- ½ cup (packed) fresh Italian parsley leaves

Preheat oven to 400°F. Heat oil in large deep ovenproof skillet or large metal roasting pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; sauté until soft, about 5 minutes.
