  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 5 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

  • 3 large eggs

    • 3 8-ounce packages cream cheese
    • ½ cup unsalted butter
    • 1 ¼ cups all purpose flour

    • Fresh mint sprigs
    • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 2/3 cup orange marmalade
