Citrus-Marinated Skirt Steak

Ingredients

• 1 ¼ pounds skirt steak
• ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
• ½ teaspoon dried oregano
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ¼ cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
• 3 cloves garlic, chopped
