Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
  • FILLING:
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice (from 4 lemons)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • + 8 more ingredients
    • 5 large eggs
    • 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
    • ½ cup fresh orange juice (from 2 navel oranges)
    • 2 teaspoons grated orange zest
    • 1/3 cup heavy cream
    • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
    • ½ cup sugar
    • TART SHELL:

Make tart shell: Whisk flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Add butter and vanilla. Stir with a fork just until a soft dough forms. Transfer to a 9-inch tart pan.
