Citrus Zucchini Bread

Ingredients

• ½ teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
• ¾ teaspoon(s) salt
• 1 ¾ cup(s) white sugar
• ½ cup(s) vegetable oil
• 2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
• 1 tablespoon(s) fresh orange or lemon zest
