Clam Chowder 10


  • 1 jar(s) non-dairy coffee creamer (8 ounce jar)
  • ¾ cup(s) slivered carrots
  • ¾ cup(s) diced green peppers
  • 2 cup(s) Diced Potatoes
  • 1 ½ cup(s) celery, finely chopped
  • ¼ pound(s) Butter
  • 4 can(s) minced clams
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 onion, diced and sautéed (large)
    • 4 slice(s) bacon, fried crisp and diced

Cook vegetables (water to cover top) until potatoes are done, also add water to cover vegetables if necessary when potatoes are done. Add bacon and clams with juice. Simmer 5 minutes, add butter and non-dairy creamer. Heat through (do not boil). Salt and pepper to taste.
