Ingredients

• 1 pint(s) half and half
• 2 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar
• 1 can(s) minced clams
• ½ cup(s) chopped onions
• ½ cup(s) chopped celery
• 1 cup(s) chopped potatoes
• ¼ cup(s) chopped carrots

Drain clams. Add clam juice to vegetables in saucepan. Barely cover vegetables with water. Simmer over medium heat until tender. Melt butter in another pan on low heart, then add flour and blend.
