Ingredients

  • 2 cup(s) finely diced potatoes
  • 1 cup(s) chopped onions
  • 1 cup(s) finely chopped celery

  • ¾ cup(s) flour
  • 2 cup(s) milk

    • 1 ¼ teaspoon(s) salt
    • ½ teaspoon(s) sugar
    • dash of pepper
    • 1 pint(s) half & half

Drain clams...save the juice. Cover vegetables with clam juice and enough water to cover vegetables good. Simmer just until tender. In large saucepan, melt butter.
